Allen Chung, Strategic Sales Specialist

Allen M. Chung is a Senior Manager serving as a Strategic Sales Specialist within Quantam Solutions’ Procurement Practice. Allen has over 15 years of combined experience in higher education, managing business development, and sales and marketing. Most recently, Allen engaged in activities to identify and encouraged national and international companies to invest and create new jobs in the state of Michigan. Allen developed and implemented attraction efforts in select industries and countries, promoted and explained State of Michigan's assets including financial and service-based resources available through state, local and federal entities. Allen possesses extensive communication and leadership skills.

Moreover, Allen has considerable experience in establishing business relationships with companies, consultants, bankers, attorneys, accountants, and advisors from US, Canada and South Korea. Allen has organized division-wide staff training programs, analyzed national and international business trends, and managed various initiatives. Allen has led global business development strategies and initiatives directed toward national and international business development. He has also built and maintained relationships with prospective investors, key external business influencers, internal business clients, and local economic development partners to facilitate new investment and job creation in Michigan.

Allen is knowledgeable in professional fluency in Korean and has working knowledge with various CRM/databases.

Allen earned his law degree from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School and his Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Michigan State University at James Madison College. In addition, Allen earned his Economic Development Finance Professional Certification issued by the National Development Council and Taking Initiative for Management Effectiveness Certificate from Lansing Community College.
