Richard brings over 24 years of experience within both public and private sectors, he has held many positions as a leader such as Vice President, Executive Director, and Operations Director. Richard gained the respect of being a trusted advisor to several executives throughout with his innovative approach to providing solutions. He took a calculated risk and transformed an IT Staffing Company into an IT and Business Consulting Firm and became the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Quantam Solutions. Richard has developed many internal policies, procedures and programs to assist in monitoring the operational health of the company. Richard has put together a team of executives with strong IT delivery backgrounds to provide the best service possible to our clients, promoting the company’s vision of powerful technology and delivery. He guides the effective use of IT to improve the company’s business performance by identifying short-term and long-term strategic opportunities through his strong reputation built on successful delivery and leadership.
