This year marks the 15th anniversary of the American Business Awards, one of the seven Stevie Awards competitions. The American Business Awards are the only all-encompassing business awards program in the nation.

Richard has held many positions throughout his career, including Vice President, Executive Director, Operations Director, and IT Director. His success as a CEO can be attributed to a multitude of factors, including his leadership style, which rewards and recognizes hard work, and ensures a healthy work-life balance for all employees. Under Richard’s leadership and guidance, the company has grown exponentially in just one year and continues to expand at a rapid rate. Richard’s skill in being able to promote profit and mitigate loss after successfully transitioning an IT Staffing Company into an IT and Business Consulting firm is attributed to his winning of the award. As one judge commented, “transforming a business model is certainly complex. Richard Staten is recognized as a great Technology Executive.”
