Anthony Bronner is a Manager serving as a Business Analyst within Quantam Solutions’ Delivery Practice. He has over 10 years’ of experience in strategic planning and process improvement. Anthony possesses extensive experience as lead analyst drafting Request for Proposals, leading state leadership in drafting Statements of Work for Information Technology procurement. He has experience in organizational change management creating and deploying initial readiness assessments, training plans, communication plans, stakeholder management, and leadership alignment plans. In addition, Anthony has lead requirements gathering sessions to elicit functional and business requirements, constructed data/process models, and test case development. During his experience, Anthony has demonstrated interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish confidence, rapport, and foster cooperative relationships with clients and executive management.
Anthony has experience with custom and commercial off-the-shelf solutions including Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Central Management System (CMS) Records, IManage Documentation, and other workflow products using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Anthony also has extensive experience in tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, Outlook, SharePoint, Lync, Jive, WebEx Connect, Microsoft Project, Visio, Context Diagrams, Use Cases, Business Process Modeling Notation, Nexis/Lexis, WestLaw, Oracle, and statistical packages (SPSS & SAS).
Anthony received his Master of Business Administration in Information Systems from the University of Detroit-Mercy. In addition, Anthony has obtained his Master of Public Administration in Human Resource Management from Wayne State University, and his Bachelor of Arts with Distinction in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Michigan.
