Project Coordinator

Summary:

Help develop projects with sales team using all aspects of the prototyping, project management and quoting activities. Use creative and project management skills to add focus to key accounts and assigned development work, drive business results through creative thinking/ fast project development. 

Job Duties:

  • Supports the Project Manager in overall project management and execution of the project, provides backup support as needed
  • Supports the project team with the setup, maintenance and decommissioning phases of a project
  • Creates/reviews/updates user manuals, status reports and other project documentation
  • Performs Unit Testing, providing input into project deliverables
  • Manages the localization of eCOA text and manuals including completing the Language Deployment Checklist and Screen Review.
  • Handles daily project correspondence with internal and external clients
  • Creates shipment tasks and assists with help desk tickets as necessary
  • Manages user account details in TrialManager® and other systems as necessary
  • Supports Project Managers with internal and external project meetings including study team meeting minutes
  • Supports the Project Manager in maintaining project status information using CRF Health internal systems
  • Manages project decommissioning
  • Manages projects in maintenance phase
  • Performs Internal User Acceptance testing as required and assists with UAT script writing
  • As required, helps support the CRF Health Data Management team
  • Ensures compliance to internal Quality Management System (QMS) requirements

 Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must have excellent time and project management, communication (oral and written), and organizational skills
  • Must have solid MS Office Suite experience – Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with all members of Client Services
  • Able to multi-task and work with multiple team members
  • Must be detail orientated
  • Must be a team oriented person with a “can do” attitude
  • Must be able to use own initiative and work independently as needed

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business or related field
  • Experience of clinical trials/pharmaceutical industry
