Understanding the customer business processes is crucial, and with this knowledge be able to provide excellent customer service by performing technical tasks and solving problems with high customer satisfaction in focus.

Field Services Technician

Responsible for installation, service and maintenance of computer-based integrated electronic security systems including access control, video, intrusion detection, intercom, and other alarm systems.

Senior Storage/Backup Administrator

Provides direction, develops, and implements solutions with a high degree of network connectivity and positions solutions that support disaster recovery initiatives. Prepares and validates failover planning in case of disaster. Develops detailed implementation and support documentation.

Storage/Backup Administrator

Responsible for supporting the backup infrastructure and the successful completion of backups and restores to include advanced troubleshooting, management of on-site and off-site tape stores, execution of tape rotations, and performing tape library system maintenance.

Web Developer

Collaborate with graphic designers and developers to create web applications for electronic health records management. This includes creating and managing company websites utilizing the tools and methods provided, and making recommendations where those tools and methods can be improved.

Security Specialist

Provide professional, administrative and technical services to a security department in a federal governmental agency. Provide support for personnel security, industrial security, program security, physical security, security training and special access programs. Accommodate various workload demands in these areas for the government customer with a high degree of responsiveness.

Security Analyst

Ability to lead, plan and implement security setup. This requires an understanding of active directory structure and groups, role based security, knowledge of various OS system environments (Mainframe, Windows, Unix, Oracle) and some knowledge of scripting tools.

Senior Network Engineer

Responsible for day to day operations of the organization’s global voice and data networks (wired and wireless), enterprise network architecture, network technology evaluations, protocol analysis, configuration, and research, complex trouble shooting and analysis and network projects.

Junior Network Engineer

Conducting cyber analyses and assessments, determining mission and operational impacts, and making appropriate mitigation recommendations, as well as developing methodology and frameworks in support of the cyber risk assessment life cycle. The team will provide rapid design, development, test, deployment, maintenance and operations of software and hardware capabilities to meet cyber defensive needs.

Senior Network Administrator

Focus on administration of the hardware infrastructure including planning, implementation and monitoring of existing/future systems.  Other responsibilities include support of core business applications and ensuring prompt response to onsite and remote end user issues.  Maintains documentation of procedures and systems.  

Network Analyst III

Performs device configurations, internal operating system upgrades, and software upgrades and deploys network devices including (but not limited to) routers, switches, load balancers, and firewalls. Assists with troubleshooting circuit equipment and all other network issues. Monitors, responds, and provides resolution for all network problem and incident tickets. Utilizing case management system (CMS), documents status updates and problem resolutions.

Senior Network Analyst

Design, build, and implement network systems across the enterprise, with particular focus on edge devices and security. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all local and wide area network connections, firewalls, VPN servers, and communication links. This person will also troubleshoot network performance issues, as well as analyze network traffic and provide capacity planning solutions.
