Job Duties:
- Installations and technical configuration of MediusFlow
- Conducting technical workshops at customer site or remotely
- Deploying and designing integration between MediusFlow and clients’ ERP system
- General problem solving
- Operate in a self-managed small project environment with limited Project Management support for scope, scheduled, client relationship and budget topics
- Adhere to BST methodologies and standards for all custom development
- Capture client requirements for Custom software development projects
- Provide detailed and accurate work estimates for primary activities based on assumptions and high level requirements
- Design, develop, configure, deploy and train clients for the full Software development lifecycle
- Contribute to the process of understanding, developing and delivering technical related solutions
- Complete professional documentation to support the technical delivery process
- Provide maintenance support for custom technical solutions as assigned
- Provide support to the BST Support team on technical related solutions as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to read, parse and manipulate various technical formats including XML, EDI and CSV
- Working knowledge of B2B technologies including AS2, SFTP and Web Services
- Working knowledge of UNIX is preferred
- Highly self-motivated; able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, yet also work independently on complex problems
- Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within technology or consulting organizations
- A demonstrated understanding of when and how to be flexible, and when and how to be firm
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with extremely high standards for documented work product
- Advanced skills in working with and configuring Windows OS
- Significant experience with configuring, designing and deploying software in the context of a project
- Advanced skills working with relational database management systems
- Advanced skills working with Windows server architecture and network topology design
- Strong collaboration skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areas
- Speak or write with ease, clarity and impact, using a communication style appropriate to the subject and the audience
- Able to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to complete projects in a timely manner
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Engineering or Business related Degree
- 1 to 3 years related experience
