Senior Project Coordinator

Summary:

Responsible for learning project delivery processes and supporting projects to which they are assigned. The PC will participate in the delivery of projects, working with the Project Manager/Senior Project Manager and Account Management to support program design and details.

Job Duties:

  • Assist project managers in contract agreements and control of project schedules and costs
  • Support Project Managers, Task Managers and Deputy Task Managers in collection/distribution of data, communications, and coordination of team deliverables
  • Assist with delivery of DEP required administrative requirements necessary for the contract, using DEP’s PDS, PMIS and CMIS systems
  • Help support the document management plan, and assist with developing and coordinating Program communications via BC corporate and DEP communication tools
  • Follow document control procedures and ensure document control activities such as document management, version control and distribution management are executed in a timely fashion and in accordance with contractual requirements
  • Engage Project level Team Members to ensure that tasks are executed effectively and deadlines are met
  • Ensure all project control activities such as contract administration, change management, and reporting are executed in a timely fashion and in accordance with all company standards and contractual requirements
  • Help develop and maintain periodic status reports to keep management and/or clients informed of contract progress
  • Support Task Managers and Deputy Task Managers with development of presentations/reports to DEP
  • Assist H&S Manager with coordination, tracking and reporting of H&S efforts for various projects
  • Assist Quality Manager with coordination, tracking and reporting of QA/QC efforts for various projects
  • Assist Risk Register Owners with coordination, tracking and reporting of Risk Management efforts for various projects
  • Assist with coordination, tracking and reporting of regulatory management functions for various projects
  • Work closely with clients, conducting periodic Program wellness checks to monitor client satisfaction related to specific responsibilities. Helps maintain continual communication between design and client teams
  • Coordinate compilation and perform formatting of Contract Documents
  • Assist with the development and management of construction administration support activities including construction procurement activities, change management, submittal and RFI reviews and tracking
  • Coordinate and track execution of contracts including subcontracts, approvals of sub-consultants, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
