Network Analyst

Responsible for assisting the Network Architect in the company wide implementation, maintenance, and administration of data and voice network. The position carries out coordination, installation, testing, and technical tasks in support of the local and wide area wired and wireless network systems and participates in developing and implementing network security procedures and network management plans. 

Senior Business Analyst/Consultant

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business requirements and user needs. This individual works together with consultants, Sr. Consultants, and Directors to design and implement systems that parallel overall client business objectives.

Business Analyst/Consultant

Responsible for working directly with traders and software developers to innovate and improve our proprietary software. After ideas and enhancements are clearly identified, the Business Analyst defines the requirements of the project, prioritizes an effective workflow, and assigns the project to the correct development team. Business Analysts are involved with each project from inception to completion by communicating daily with the software development team to ensure that each project is effectively deployed to the traders. 

Senior Project Coordinator

Responsible for learning project delivery processes and supporting projects to which they are assigned. The PC will participate in the delivery of projects, working with the Project Manager/Senior Project Manager and Account Management to support program design and details.

Project Coordinator

Help develop projects with sales team using all aspects of the prototyping, project management and quoting activities. Use creative and project management skills to add focus to key accounts and assigned development work, drive business results through creative thinking/ fast project development. 

Project Manager III

Plan, manage, and execute varied software development, customization, or IT systems development projects. Gather information at front end to determine project parameters and specifications, and to budget human, financial and other resources. May provide technical oversight to some staff and track attainment of project milestones. Report on progress and budget expenditures to project owners.

Application Software Engineer

Responsible for building, testing and installing our supervisory control system. Working in a multidisciplinary team headed by a Project Manager you will be responsible for making sure that the vehicle(s) meet the customer specifications and work within their site constraints. You have both logistical and technical insight to create solutions that provide optimal automation performance.

Application Software Engineer III

Perform analytical programming assignments pertaining to the development, enhancement and maintenance of automated computer systems and procedures in a Client/Server environment. 

Senior Mobile Developer

Responsible for designing, developing and troubleshooting high performance and high availability mobile applications on the iPad and iPhone using objective C and related technologies to meet the company’s strategic objectives.

Systems Analyst

Provide day-to-day analysis and support for voice, data, and wireless network infrastructure. Prepare daily reports, noting discrepancies and issues within the network. Actively troubleshoot and determine problem resolution on network components. Monitor and report on network conditions including capacity, usage, availability, dropped calls, and mean time to repair. Develop operational documentation and cross training on new and existing technologies and monitoring tools within the engineering and operations departments. Provide guidance and direction to the system performance, field operations, and RF planning teams. Assist with network system implementations as required.  

Senior Systems Analyst

Works to analyze, design, evaluate, develop and implement systems and procedures covering all aspects of information processing using automated information processing equipment and technologies. This position will initially focus on HR technology projects. 

Senior Systems Administrator

Must possess the ability to troubleshoot system hardware, software, and operating and system management systems.  Analyze, diagnose and implement solutions to maintain performance of critical business systems and infrastructure.  Understanding of current and developing technologies is a must.  Provide user support for technology issues for both on-site and remote field service clients.  Document issues and communicate solutions thoroughly with other team members and management.
